items listed below or information leading to the
arrest of the person(s) responsible for stealing
a 1998 Magnolia 42’ Log trailer
(blue log trailor with white rims), 4
steel bridges (steel bridges are 5’wide
x 30’long each) and 6 wood log mats
belonging to Daniel Malpass Logging of Kelly,
NC. Estimated value $30,000.00. The
steel bridges and wood mats were all loaded on
the 1998 (42’) Magnolia (blue) log trailer and
stolen from the Squires Timber corner lot
located at the intersection of Hwy 210 and Hwy
11 near Kelly ,NC Saturday night 9/19/09 or
early Sunday morning 9/20/09. Please contact
